I am originally from Co. Tyrone but currently live in Lisburn with my husband Lewis and cat Peanut. I graduated from University of Ulster in 2019 with a Bachelors degree in fine art. I run two small businesses, S.Canning Artwork and Lemon & Ginger Art as well as working as a display artist in Anthropologie, Belfast.
 
I am passionate about impressionist abstract art and draw inspiration from language, film and the environment. My colour palette tends to change with the seasons and heavily informs my paintings. 

Lemon & Ginger is definitely a passion project of mine, combining my love of coffee and illustration I make products that I hope bring as much joy to you as making them brought me.
